The Top-O-Pocono Rotary Club offers two $1,500 scholarships each year.  The information and application form can be viewed, completed, and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking on the button below.  Complete the forms, print them, and then give them to your Guidance Department who will, in turn, forward them the Rotary Club.
